Our extensive experience and deep industry network gives us unique insight into future needs of customers and what businesses will need to answer customer needs. That's why entrepreneurs needn't have everything in place to attract our attention, as long as we believe their idea has large market potential. In some cases, we will seed a company ourselves and seek out the right management team to transform the concept into a successful business. Our extensive experience enables us to address a technology start-up or energy small-business at all stages of its development.

At Cross-World, we really roll up our sleeves and work with our portfolio companies' management team as an active partner in every sense of the word. Some entrepreneurs even think of us as their “virtual executive staff,” because we will step in to fill a variety of functions - such as serving as an interim CEO - to give our portfolio companies the best start possible.
